We request location access to:

• Calculate accurate prayer times for your location
• Determine Qibla direction

Your location data is processed on-device or sent to our prayer time API only to fetch times. We do not store your location history on our servers.

2.3 Analytics (Anonymous)

We use Firebase Analytics to collect anonymous usage data to improve the app, such as:

• Feature usage patterns (which screens are visited)
• Crash reports and performance metrics
• Device type and iOS version (for compatibility)

This data is not linked to your identity and cannot be used to identify you personally.

2.4 Account Information (Optional)

If you create a DeenBuddy account to sync your progress across devices, we collect and store:

• Encrypted Password/Auth Token: To secure your account.

• Prayer Time APIs: Your approximate location to retrieve prayer times
